    		FBPAY Instructions

    Paying your bill online with a Credit Card

    You can pay your Farm Bureau Insurance premiums or your Michigan Farm Bureau membership online using your American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card. We have partnered with HP, a third-party processor, to accept one-time credit card payments. You will need your 18-digit account number, along with your credit card number, expiration date, and three-digit verification code (found in the upper right corner of the signature strip on the back side of your card). Click on the Make a Payment button.

    After your transaction has been approved, you will be given a confirmation number. Please record or print this number for your records. You may also choose to receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain this number.

    Please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to be applied to your account.

    Please Note: This is not a recurring payment method. If you would like to continue paying online, you will need to submit an online payment when an invoice is due.


    Paying your bill online with Debit/ATM Card

    You can pay your Farm Bureau Insurance premiums or your Michigan Farm Bureau membership online using your Debit/ATM card, as long as your card displays either an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa logo. We have partnered with HP, a third-party processor, to accept one-time Debit/ATM card payments. You will need your 18-digit account number, along with your Debit/ATM card number. Click on the Make a Payment button.

    After your transaction has been approved, you will be given a confirmation number. Please record or print this number for your records. You may also choose to receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain this number.

    Please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to be applied to your account.


    Paying your bill online with Funds Transfer

    You can pay your Farm Bureau Insurance premiums or your Michigan Farm Bureau membership online using Funds Transfer from your checking or savings account. We have partnered with HP, a third-party processor, to accept Funds Transfer payments. You will need your 18-digit account number, along with your checking account number or savings account number and routing/transit number. Click on the Make a Payment button.

    After your transaction has been approved, you will be given a confirmation number. Please record or print this number for your records. You may also choose to receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain this number.

    Please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to be applied to your account.


    Paying your bill by phone with Credit Card, Debit/ATM, or Funds Transfer

    If you would prefer to pay by phone using any of the methods outlined above, simply call 1-800-535-2335. This service is available 24x7; however, you should still allow 1-2 business days for the payment to be applied to your account. Please note that Debit/ATM payments can only be accepted if the card being used displays either an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa logo.


    Paying your bill by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) may be used to pay auto, homeowners, and business insurance premiums. Payments will automatically be withdrawn from a checking or savings account each month.

    To sign up for EFT you may contact your Farm Bureau Insurance Agent or complete the EFT Authorization Form.

    Please allow up to 30 days to process your request for EFT. If your payment is due immediately you should choose another payment option.
